WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? You'll work in partnership with your Head Coach, to keep all store functions running seamlessly. In addition, you will create an environment in which your employees can excel personally and professionally.   • Drive a service culture that brings the Nike brand to life
  • Provide leadership, people development and feedback to elevate the team
  • Assist the team to achieve targets and KPIs by unlocking their potential
  • Care about the team and, most importantly, have fun!, You will work with a dedicated and committed team of Athletes, Coaches and Senior Leaders who strive to provide a customer experience second to none!
  • Full-Time must have full availability across weekdays and weekends. You will work on a rotating roster, where some weekend work is expected. Due to the nature of our rotating roster, we are unable to consider your application if there are regular days (or parts of days) that you are unable to work.

  • A passion for the Nike brand
  • Experience leading a large team in retail or hospitality
  • The ability to build, lead and manage large, high-performing teams
  • Strong strategic, problem solving, and influencing skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound computer proficiency
