- Ensure the concierge desk operates smoothly, delivering high standards of service.
- Provide a warm welcome to guests, assist with luggage, and offer personalised assistance to meet their needs.
- Handle incoming calls promptly and courteously, addressing guest inquiries and requests.
- Collaborate with the concierge team to create memorable guest experiences.
- Pay meticulous attention to guest preferences and requirements.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for outstanding service.

- Clean driving license is desireable.
- Enthusiasm for creating memorable moments for guests.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
