you'll be doing

Ensuring knowledge of the hotel, guests and services are

maintained at all times

Ensuring that support, training and continuous assessment is

provided to all members within the department

Leading and be a part of the team, giving clear direction,

motivation and developing each team member by way of the job chats, appraisals

and objectives

Assisting in managing and controlling the Health and Safety Policy

in line with legislation

Liaise with external suppliers and agencies
