Full Job Description
Assistant Heads of Year work in collaboration with all members of the Pastoral team to ensure the physical and emotional welfare of students. Duties include:
- supporting and reinforcing the high expectations of the Academy in behaviour, uniform, attainment and attendance
- Communicating confidently with staff, agencies, students and parents to deal with issues and barriers to learning in a positive manner.
- Being a proactive presence in supporting the Academy behaviour system during breaks, lesson changeover and start and end of day routines.
