As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the academic direction and fostering a supportive and dynamic learning environment. The Assistant Headteacher will work with the Headteacher to provide leadership and management to support the teaching and learning to ensure quality of education for all pupils is at least good. In partnership, they will be responsible for ensuring the educational success of Heron Hall's students and the Academy's development plan. They will take a lead role in the monitoring and evaluation of teaching and learning across the whole school and be a leading professional, actively promoting effective teaching and learning practices to academic success across the school.
