Full Job Description
- Nurture and Develop Great Teachers: Lead and inspire our teaching staff to deliver an outstanding curriculum, ensuring every learner experiences high-quality learning that leads to excellent outcomes.
- Engage with Evidence and Research: Stay at the forefront of educational research and effective practices. Curate and disseminate this knowledge to our staff, driving tangible impact and continuous improvement across the school.
- Be Outward-Facing: Stay engaged with the evolving educational landscape to ensure The Rise School remains a leader in innovative and effective teaching practices. The Rise School was opened in September 2014 under the government's free school programme by the Ambitious about Autism Schools Trust, with the core purpose of preparing learners for the next stages in their lives and for success beyond school. The Rise School Sixth Form opened in September 2019. We place equal priority on academic and social outcomes, with learners gaining both the qualifications and the skill-set to successfully access further education or employment and to be full and active participants in society All staff at The Rise have access to:
