Assistant Headteacher - Personal Development, Behaviours and Attitude

In addition to agreed responsibilities as a member of the Leadership Team you will undertake an active role in the leadership, management and strategic development of the school.,

• To assist the Head of School in developing the school as a high quality specialist provision for pupils with social, emotional and mental health difficulties (SEMH);
• To uphold the ethos, aims and values of the school, its policies and codes of practice at all times;
• To help manage the structure and organisation of the school day;
• To manage the school in the absence of the Head of School and Deputy Head Teacher as appropriate;
• To carry out the agreed specific duties of the Assistant Head Teacher (Behaviour and Attitudes and Personal Development).
