• Lead and develop our personal development programmes, ensuring a rich and diverse curriculum that prepares students to thrive academically and personally.
• Drive improvements in Key Stage 3, enhancing the quality of education and student engagement.
• Play an integral role in strengthening our relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community, with the goal of increasing the number of families choosing Prendergast Vale as their first choice.
• Oversee community and stakeholder engagement initiatives, promoting the school's ethos and achievements.
