We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and approachable Assistant Headteacher - SEND to join our team.
As an Assistant Headteacher, you play a leading role in delivering the School Development Plan priorities, through bringing a clear strategic direction to the development of the support systems and the whole school.
Are you an inspirational leader who positively influences the behavior of others, motivating staff and students to engage with the core values of the academy and of the wider Trust?
The successful candidate will play the leading role in delivering an outstanding education and providing strong and effective leadership across the academy for all those students with identified SEND needs, ensuring every student has an opportunity to play a full and active role in our academy.
