Full Job Description

We are seeking an inspirational leader to join our Senior Leadership team at an exciting time in our school development, working alongside our SLT in a school that has distinct positive values that both staff and students embody. A qualified SENDCo you will be the champion for our students with SEND whilst also undertaking a teaching role in your subject. You will be passionate about inclusion to ensure that students reach their full potential in all aspects of their development working alongside both the Academy and central SEND teams. The post will play a pivotal role in the strategic development of SEND support within the school, including providing professional advice and guidance in the areas of SEND in order to secure high quality teaching, and ensuring resources are used effectively to ensure improved standards of achievement and progress for all students. The post will also lead a team of Learning Support staff.

You will also receive consistent support from a dedicated SLT, CEO, Trust Central Team, Local Governing Body and Trust Board.
