Assistant Human Resources Adviser

The role is key in building people management capacity and capability across the Trust, through the provision of sound, risk based expert HR advice and coaching / support to line managers, in all aspects of employment, including terms and conditions of service and employee relations matters. The main focus of this role is supporting managers with effective sickness absence management and first level disciplinary issues., You will be expected to deal with issues in a proactive and consistent manner, communicating professionally and appropriately with people at all levels of the organisation and build effective working relationships with the managers that you support.

The hours for this post are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
