Assist in the day-to-day commercial management of the project.
Manage procurement for all internal trades.
Support in closing out trades to meet project deadlines and budget.
Contribute to cost reporting, valuations, and variation management.

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in RC Frame Residential projects with a Main Contractor or Developer.
Strong skills in procurement, cost reporting, and trade management.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

A leading Main Contractor with a 250 million turnover.
