You can expect to be joining a high-performing team which is motivated, focused, and goal orientated.

About the role

You will be an integral part of the regional land team, gaining an understanding of the entire process of land acquisition and our requirements within your first few months.

As an Assistant Land Buyer, you will be responsible for researching towns and taking a proactive approach to identifying suitable land opportunities from a variety of sources.

Alongside the Land Buyers and Manager, you will visit our target towns, meeting with Landowners and Agents to explore the viability of sites.

You will also assist with site appraisals and valuations.

Excitingly you have the opportunity to be involved in the full process and build your knowledge and understanding of Land Acquisitions, seeing your sites progress through the due diligence process to contract exchange and legal completion

You will also have the opportunity to monitor your sites through design, planning, commercial and construction., As an Assistant Land Buyer, you will work within an established and highly experienced team of professionals, whose knowledge, passion, and expertise is second to none.

We are looking for a self-motivated, engaging, and confident professional who is looking to transfer their experience into the world of land buying.

If you have property or estate agency sales experience this would be an advantage but is not essential, as it is your tenacity, resilience, and ability to build relationships we are most interested in.

The successful Assistant Land Buyer will also have strong verbal and written communication skills, be engaging, personable and comfortable meeting new people for the first time.

Due to the travel involved in this role you will require a full UK driving licence.
