Full Job Description

Our teams are set up to work flexibly, with a hybrid working approach between our offices and your home. We provide a full suite of IT equipment to ensure that our employees can work from home comfortably and effectively., You'll provide support to the Head of Land, Land & Property Manager and Land & Property Acquisitions Manager in all land and property activities to enable the lifecycle of land and commercial property required for the construction and operation of the Sizewell C project, aligned to the project's need and delivery timetable.

You'll assist in managing the day to day running of the commercial land/property deals in terms of compliance and coordinate any amendments to them as instructed. You will also support in any property transactions directed to.

You'll assist in securing any remaining rights and access arrangements to facilitate delivery of the Project, as well as helping to implement the rights already secured including those negotiated by mutual agreement and drawing on the compulsory acquisition powers secured under the Development Consent Order to meet the project's needs and delivery timetable.

The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of land management projects, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and organisational policies.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Land Manager on the Sizewell C project. We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Assistant Land Manager to support our land management activities., You'll have a keen interest in working in a major infrastructure project role in the UK from a land perspective particularly in relation to commercial property or agricultural property management and implementing
compulsory acquisition powers.

A degree in a relevant discipline, such as land management.

RICS qualified is preferable but not essential.

You'll have excellent written and oral presentation skills and a strong ability to communicate with colleagues and internal and external stakeholders at all levels and disciplines.

Ability to thrive in a changing market and organisational environment.
