Full Job Description

The successful candidate will be joining a thriving SME based in Rugby. We are looking for a full-time Assistant Management Accountant to support the Finance Director in preparing financial reports, budgets and forecasts for all 3 of our Aesthetic clinics. The role involves maintaining daily accurate financial records, analyzing financial data and preparation of the management accounts monthly to ensure the efficient operation of the finance department.

Role Responsibilities

· Daily processing of supplier invoices

· Daily Bank reconciliations followed by reconciling cash in versus till receipts

· Dealing with supplier queries and correspondences

· Produce month end reports on all clinic's accounts

· Manage and maintain balance sheet reconciliations for all clinics

· Maintaining fixed asset registers for clinics and posting monthly depreciation

· Monthly review of P/L to ensure costs are reflecting budgets planned

· Support the Finance Director with consolidated management accounts and annual budgets for the Clinics.

· Deal with Intercompany accounting transactions

· Working with the clinic managers to ensure KPI's are being met and supporting them with any financial AD-HOC tasks

· Adhere to the company's financial policies and procedures

· Ensuring all paperwork is completed, scanned and filed fully and correctly, in accordance with ISO 13485:2016 and company protocols.

Role Dimension

To deliver a proactive, consistent and professional service in accordance with the training parameters set and the embedded principles of ISO13485:2016.

To be fully aware of the ISO13485:2016 Quality Management System, where to locate forms and documents and how to make suggestions for changes and improvements to the system.

To demonstrate strong technical, communication, organisation skills and attention to detail.

Person Specifications

Experience of using SAGE and Xero is a bonus

Excellent IT and communication Skills

Management accounts experience essential

Ability to Multi-task and Prioritise Workloads

Attention to Detail
