This role will also collaborate with the central transactional finance team to prepare management accounts, monthly financial packs, and detailed forecasting and budgeting.,
- Provide high-quality MI and detailed financial analysis to inform decision-making.
- Attend monthly meetings with Department Heads to discuss financial results and forecasts.
- Assist with annual departmental budgets and monthly reforecasts.
- Prepare monthly financial packs and contribute to Business Review meetings.
- Produce MI for the European Group Finance team.
- Prepare event settlements, sales reports, and performance trackers.
- Assist with preparation of reports for landlords/external stakeholders.
- Process month-end journals in finance system and reconcile the balance sheet.
- Support audit file preparation and respond to audit queries.
- Conduct bank reconciliations on an ad-hoc basis.
- Prepare workings for VAT returns and other statutory filings.
- Completion of FEU return.
- Completion of PRS return.
- Assist with promoter rebates and external stakeholder reporting.
- Undertake ad hoc project work as directed.
AAT qualification, finance degree, or equivalent experience. - Advanced Excel skills, including formulas (macros desirable). Other Skills
