Assistant Management Accountant - Beauty

This role is within the Retail Beauty Division's Finance function, reporting into the Assistant Financial Controller.,

• Own the supplier funding process including reviewing & uploading funding forms and calculating amounts owed by brands
• Working with buying teams and supporting on brand queries and requests
• Produce accurate and insightful weekly reports on funding and concession
• Assist in the billing process, invoicing brands for marketing income on a timely basis
• Support wider finance team in daily reporting
• Involvement in month end, posting journals and reviewing costs
  
  Part Qualified - Working towards accountancy qualification (preferably ACA, CIMA or ACCA)
• Experience in management accounting, preferably in the retail sector
• Strong communication & teamworking skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
