Assistant Manager - The Fire Station, Waterloo - Salary up to £34,000 + Bonus

Foundry Project are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join the team at The Fire Station- London Waterloo.

Our Foundry's are home to our smoked cocktails, local craft beers and we consider ourselves to be specialists at serving 'dirty' burgers and wood-fired pizzas using the freshest ingredients. Each site has a unique industrial feel, showcasing our artisan approach to the style of food and drink we serve, the perfect setting for a bustling drinking and dining experience.

As an Assistant Manager in Foundry Project you will, along with the management team, be responsible for assisting in the day to day management of the business, driving authentic ways of team development, maintaining high and consistent standards and always supporting the business to deliver growth.

  • What are we looking for?
  • Experience in a similar branded venue working as an Assistant Manager or similar management role.

  • A passion to delivering the perfect experience

  • Be willing to learn, develop and improve own skills, whilst having the ability to progress and engage others

  • An excellent team player with exceptional communication skills
