Full Job Description
- Hands on in your support of our technicians, fitters, mechanics, and MOT testers in the workshop
- Have Team Leader experience and be able to mentor the team
- Ensure a fantastic customer experience whilst driving sales
- Interact with customers at the reception and over the phone
- Carry out administration duties including updating the stock system, reconciling cash/credit sales, and ensuring work practices & quality procedures are being followed
- Reinforcing Company policies, standards, and H&S regulations
- Be part of setting objectives for the team and manage their performance and bonus earnings
- Automotive service: 3 years (required)
- Automotive repair: 3 years (required)
