Full Job Description
- This position will involve working on a wide range of corporate finance transactions including M&A deals (buyside and sellside)
- As Assistant Manager you will be fully involved in all aspects of Lead Advisory work on a broad range of transactions. You will
- You will actively support Directors in developing the profile and reach of the Quantuma Advisory Corporate Finance brand across
- You will also work across our team, engaging and collaborating with Managers, Directors, and Managing Directors, giving you
- Involvement in a managing a broad range of key deliverables on transactions, such as ; producing key commercial analysis and
- The successful candidates will have a strong academic background, be a fully Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA) and have trained
- 2 years previous mid-market corporate finance experience on a range of transactions (buyside / sellside / fundraise etc)
- Strong communication skills are a prerequisite.
- A good technical knowledge of accounting and keen commercial outlook on business is essential.
