Are you ready to join a high performing team which prides itself on exceptional customer service and putting our customers at the heart of every decision we make?

We have an amazing opportunity for you to join our Contact Centre and manage a team of Customer Experience Advisors.

Supervising them on a day-to-day basis, you will continue to deliver great customer service to our agreed policies and procedures.

You will also get the chance to support and deliver a programme of transformation in our Contact Team, including supporting with our new customer portal, call monitoring and other new strategies.

You will be the go-to for reporting and performance information within the Contact Centre and can help support the training of new colleagues.

We are looking for someone who has leadership experience in a Contact Centre or other transferable managerial skills and can manage a team in a supportive way, whilst getting results.

Experience within the Housing sector would be great but is not essential. However, it would help to deliver our tenancy service with our customers in mind.

You will be a strong collaborative manager who understands business systems and their importance in delivering excellent customer service.

Our Housing Team are great example of a collaborative and proactive working culture, going the extra mile for our customers, and making our houses, their homes. They also take advantage of upskilling and development opportunities within their role.
