Full Job Description

As the Technology Training Specialist in Digital Adoption Team you will be the expert who helps our people through tailored learning experiences. Working with an innovative and diverse team, you will drive learning activities to enable the adoption of key technologies in the business. You will bring your unique voice and perspective to enrich the learning experiences of our people. Using creative techniques and disruptor like approaches you will empower our people to be more productive with the applications and tools they use. You will be pro-active in spotting learning gaps and will work to find solutions to fill those gaps. You will co-ordinate and facilitate IT inductions, live and virtual IT training sessions and create a variety of on demand learning content.,

  • Design and deliver training for new and existing software and hardware at the firm through business-as-usual activities and special programmes.

  • Co-ordinate and facilitate the IT Induction of new joiners.

  • Create on demand learning digital assets to support self-paced learning such as videos, Gifs or QRCs.

  • Keep abreast of the updates to tools and ensure the continual enhancement and updates to our materials.

  • Be an active poster in our technology communities to engage with users outside of sessions.

  • Build relationships across the business and proactively market our sessions to keep end user technology knowledge up to date.

  • Engage with Learning Business Partners, Business Relationship Managers, Change Managers to identify and support business specific learning needs.

  • Responsible for keeping PowerBi training reports up to date.

  • Responsible for managing the training schedule and bookings using MS Bookings.

  • Answer queries in our shared inbox.

  • You love technology and are naturally led to keep informed about the latest developments.

  • Experience delivering training or teaching in a professional setting.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools including AI tools e.g. Teams, Copilot, Planner, Excel, Power BI

  • Experience in using and understanding Chat GPT and other AI tools.

  • Proven ability to create professional digital content.
