What You'll Do:
Store Management

Step up to lead our team when the Store Manager is away, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently
Create an amazing customer experience with fast and friendly service
Help manage food preparation to meet our busy store's needs and keep everything top-notch
Keep the store clean and organized, following all food hygiene and safety guidelines
Assist in exciting marketing efforts, like handing out leaflets and joining local events

Team Management

Be a supportive leader by helping resolve any team issues and keeping everyone happy
Motivate and coach your teammates, helping new members get settled in
Work together with your team, especially during those busy rushes!

Pizza Making

Show off your pizza-making skills by producing delicious pizzas and sides that our customers will love
Set a great example by making pizzas quickly and efficiently, ensuring they're ready for collection or delivery

Food Hygiene & Cleaning

Help us maintain our high hygiene standards by managing stock and keeping the store tidy
Have a Level 2 or higher Food Hygiene certification (don't worry, we can help with training!)
Be a role model for good personal hygiene and keep everything in tip-top shape

General In-Store Tasks

Bring a smile to our customers while taking orders and serving them with care
Help prepare pizza boxes, restock items, wash dishes, and keep our store looking great!

At least 1 year of experience in food or retail (you know your stuff!)
Ready to work days, evenings and weekends to support our busy hours

Knowledge & Skills

Familiarity with food safety and experience in a bustling environment
Great people skills-whether it's leading a team or chatting with customers, you're confident and friendly
Problem-solver and a multi-tasking pro who thrives under pressure
