We have an opportunity coming up for an Assistant Manager on a permanent basis at the Elms, our new Residential Childcare Home pending opening in Stockton and another for our existing house in Redcar, available due to internal development.

In these roles, reporting to the Residential Manager, you will support in ensuring the effective and efficient running of the Home including a high standard of care, whilst ensuring staff engagement, development and performance in their contribution to delivery of the service.
