Assistant Manager - Spar / BP

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager at our well established Spar Convenience Store and BP Filling Station in Sudbury, Suffolk.

The position requires an individual who is motivated, friendly, hard working, hands-on and will be passionate about their role in our store.

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will support them to maximise sales and profitability. You will help to lead and develop our team, whilst upholding the excellent service level we show to all of our customers and the good order and cleanliness of our store.

This role will share the responsibility of overall store management. This will include managing stock of shelf products and fuel, placing orders, managing working rotas and holiday cover.

Due to the nature of the business flexibility is important. Previous experience of store management at some level would be advantageous .

This is a full time position with hours to be agreed.
