Full Job Description
- Ensuring that client expectations regarding food and service align with the brand's standards.
- Managing the dynamic nature of the job with positivity and charisma.
- Prepare any necessary reports at the end of each week outlining staff control, food control and sales.
- Ensure all staff carry out tasks in accordance with company health, hygiene, quality, and safety standards as set out in the appropriate Company of Cooks manual.
- Demonstrating a genuine commitment to making both guests and team members happy, aiming to build strong, lasting relationships with guests and creating a positive work environment.
Company of Cooks was formed in 1996 to run the catering services at Kenwood House on behalf of English Heritage. At the time, others said it set the standard for outdoor public space food service. Time Out awarded it a Red Star in their Annual Restaurant Guide and named it one of the top places to eat, then virtually unheard of for a visitor attraction catering operation.
