Assistant Mission Enabler

An exciting new role, working closely with the recently appointed Mission Enabler. You will work collaboratively across 14 churches in South Hillingdon, seeking to bring them together around common ambitions, resulting in a coordinated plan of growth and building a sustainable legacy of renewed parish churches as well as new worshipping communities.

• Be a good and prayerful listener, skilled in developing lay leadership and encouraging others
• Have a passion for the renewal and impact of the church through parish structures
• Preferably have experience of church planting, revitalisation, or new worshipping communities.
• Have high levels of organisational skills and strong emotional intelligence.
  
  St Nicholas is a small charismatic catholic church, committed to reaching out to our local community. We work well together as a team and share responsibility for worship, mission, outreach, and caring for our building. We are strong in healing ministry and building the common life of our community through social events. We would like to grow numerically and younger as a congregation and develop our ministry across the parish in Christ's name.
