The assistant opinion editor helps deliver on our mission by managing the overall process of publishing news analysis blogs, from the recruitment of contributors to the finalisation of copy for publication. The role will also involve commissioning, writing, editing and proofreading opinion and editorial articles.

The assistant editor would be responsible for publication of a number of pieces of original journalism on the SciDev.Net website each month, informing a large and loyal audience on timely issues in science and development.
