You'll play a pivotal part in shaping an exceptional, dynamic environment and help make NIA6 the standout Sixth Form in Northampton. Working closely with the Assistant Headteacher and Head of Sixth Form, you'll bring the NIA's unique DNA to life, providing visionary leadership to drive excellence and ensure outstanding outcomes for all students.   • Foster positive relationships, ensuring students are nurtured and supported to achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Headteacher and lead the Sixth Form team to drive outstanding outcomes for students.
  • Inspire, support, and challenge staff to continually improve and deliver the highest quality education.
  • Lead staff training and professional development, ensuring teaching meets student needs and supports an ambitious curriculum.
  • Oversee strategic monitoring and quality assurance, driving excellence in education.
  • Contribute to improvement plans and policies aimed at elevating the Sixth Form's educational standards.
  • Play a key role in raising the profile of NIA6 through innovative marketing and partnerships.
