Full Job Description
1. Printing , scanning and uploading documents into EPR 2. Book appointments in EPR and check in/out. 3. Booking, cancelling, and rescheduling general clinics for the clinical team. 4. Dealing with incoming post and phone calls requiring administrative support for patients, staff and external organisations promptly and efficiently., 2. Able to keep and portray a professional manner with staff and customers. 3. Level of concentration 4. Be precise and accurate with information provided 5. We are seeking to appoint a proactive, motivated individual who enjoys working in a busy environment within our friendly team in Oxford. The post holder will provide an efficient and effective clinical administration service to the department, consultants, nurses and wider clinical team.,
- ECDL, MOS or other IT qualifications
- Good General level of education (eg 5 GCSE's grade C or above or equivalent - NVQ level 2 etc)
- Be able to prioritise and organise your own and other staffs workload.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and Reliable approach to work with Good timekeeping skills Desirable criteria
- EPR
- Experience in a cancer service
- Worked in a NHS or clinical setting
- Worked with consultants
