Full Job Description

We would like to welcome to our team a key role that reports directly into the Head of Pensions.

The successful candidate needs to be a committed, self motivated and conscientious person who can support on the technical needs of the LBHF Pensions service and own and manager the LBHF fund employers and cessations function.

You will be need to be self motivated, an independent thinker and be pro active to help us to deliver excellent customer service to members, beneficiaries and all other stakeholders that you encounter.

Your clear communication skills, positive, problem solving and can do attitude will enable you to succeed and be satisfied in this role.

We need you to help our service be the best it possibly can be helping to resolve challenges, bring forward real solutions to benefit all parties.

You will be joining a supportive, enthusiastic and respectful team that share a focus to work collaboratively and deliver the best customer experience., You will have a GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
