Full Job Description

Working on the Member Contact Team, you will be required to demonstrate great customer service skills, high level of attention to detail, good communication skills and an ability to quickly learn processes and systems. The successful applicants will be responsible for answering member queries in a fast-paced environment. This will involve :

  • Responding to member queries via the website, phone, letters, and emails.
  • Liaising with the Member Services Team with complex enquiries
  • Using initiative to ensure all daily tasks are complete
  • Working as part of a team to deliver on team goals
  • Processing incoming post and setting up relevant tasks
  • Dealing with member records efficiently
  • Archiving documentation as and when needed
  • Training will be provided at all stages, along with an introduction to the work carried out by other areas within the Pensions department, giving the opportunity to consider alternative roles within the fund as they become available, and your experience grows.
