Full Job Description
- Assist with or lead on the preparation and submission of planning applications, appeals, and associated documents.
- Provide planning advice to clients, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Manage relationships with local authorities, clients, and stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits and prepare reports, ensuring compliance with local planning policies and regulations.
- Contribute to a range of projects across sectors including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Stay updated with the latest planning policy changes and legislation.
We are looking for talented Assistant Planners, Planners, and Senior Planners to join an ambitious and growing team working on a diverse range of projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Whether you are just starting out in your planning career or have several years of experience, this is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to high-profile projects while receiving support and mentorship from an experienced team., - Degree in Town Planning or a related field.
- Ideally working towards or already a Chartered Member of the RTPI (for Assistant/Planner levels).
- At least 2 years of relevant planning experience for Planner roles, and upto 5+ years for Senior Planner level.
- Strong knowledge of the UK planning system and relevant legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
