As the Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of daily operations. Your role will involve managing staff, driving sales, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will also take responsibility for store operations, from stock management to visual merchandising.,

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of day-to-day store management


• Supervise and coach the sales team to deliver excellent customer service


• Assist in achieving sales targets and maximising store profitability


• Manage stock levels, inventory, and visual merchandising


• Oversee store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and reporting


• Handle customer queries and escalations with professionalism
