Full Job Description

Supporting children and young people to undergo their ADHD assessment appointment.

To make observations of the children/young people and identify ADHD symptomatic behaviours.

To record and make reports accurately to support the ADHD specialist nurses and consultants in coming to a diagnostic decision.

To consult with education providers to collate relevant information.

To consult with all professionals involved.

To attend relevant MDT meetings and access further training.

CWP provides health and care services for local people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care - including the provision of three GP surgeries.
