Full Job Description
We are looking for a Assistant Practitioner to join our Denton Ward team which covers Colorectal and General Surgery. We are a friendly and welcoming team which is committed to ensuring we provide the highest standard of care to patients on the ward while continually striving for improvement. - Your role will include working alongside the ward co-ordinator assisting with timely and safe discharge of patients.
- This post will involve disseminating and teaching new members of staff and junior colleagues, stoma care management and the relevant physiological processes and complications surrounding bowel surgery.
- This post offers exciting opportunities to undertake wound care management and follow up arrangements on discharge.
