Full Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to become part of an effective team, providing a high-quality, care service within the Coalville musculoskeletal physiotherapy department. The caseload will involve seeing patients delegated by the qualified clinicians and also managing and assessing your own patient caseload. You will have a mix of patients within your caseload and appropriate training, supervision and support will be provided.,
- To provide a high standard Physiotherapy service to all patients.
- To undertake skilled and specialised support work which involves clinical techniques requiring higher level technical skills to assess and treat patients with complex conditions within an outpatient setting.
- To work unsupervised with individual patients, making alterations to treatment programmes according to protocols & reporting back patient progress and informing the Physiotherapist of any relevant issues.
- You will receive regular supervision and take an active role in attending our in service training programme., working patterns in line with our flexible working policy. For all substantive roles, new staff (excluding medical staff) are appointed subject to a 6-month probationary period (see Probation Policy). All jobs will require permission to work in the UK. You have previous experience working in healthcare or in a relevant therapeutic environment. - You have excellent communication skills.

- You demonstrate the ability to pass on instructions and information to others.
