Full Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Practitioner Physiotherapy to join our Learning Disabilities Team.
The Physiotherapy team provides specialist support to enable people to live their lives fully. We work with people with learning disabilities, their families and paid carers in community settings as part of a multi - agency team. We provide assessment and treatment interventions that aim to maximise a person's quality of life
Your role will be absolutely key in the support of our patients. You will help with the undertaking of treatment plans and use your clinical judgement to keep people as safe as possible. Full duties can be found in the job description.
