Full Job Description

This is a new position and has been created to achieve excellence and outstanding pupil outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity for an inspirational and highly effective leader to join us from January 2025. You will be joining a well-led and motivated team, committed to continuous improvement.   • Has led at Head of Faculty level
  • Have a blend of personal qualities, professional skills, and specific attributes that enable them to effectively lead and manage pupil behavior within a school setting
  • Have the ability to set a clear vision for behavior expectations and contribute to a positive school culture.
  • Have confidence in making difficult decisions, particularly in high-pressure or sensitive situations involving pupil behavior.
  • Upholds high ethical standards in all interactions and decisions.
  • Understand and respect the diverse cultural, social, and economic backgrounds of pupils and their families.
  • Demonstrate genuine care and understanding of the diverse backgrounds and challenges faced by pupils.
  • Maintain calm and composure in emotionally charged situations, modeling appropriate responses for pupils and staff.
