Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to join our Business Management department as an Assistant Product Manager - Iiyama. This role will be directly supporting the Iiyama Product Manager, to drive and achieve our vendor partners to increase sales, GP, GP% and market share in their given market.

What you will be doing in this role

  • Working closely with the aligned Product Manager in all aspects of the Role.

  • Promoting the Manufacturer's products to the (Midwich group company) Account Managers and to their resellers.

  • Pro-active emails and call outs to the agreed reseller base to promote the Products and to engage these resellers in any program being promoted by the Manufacturer.

  • Meeting objectives as agreed by the Manufacturer and ensuring the Distributor meets all targets set by the distribution sales manager on agreed portfolio on either a monthly or quarterly basis.

  • Providing a monthly feedback report to the Manufacturer detailing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to the Manufacturer's brand.

  • Being the co-main point of contact within Distributor and the liaison between the Manufacturer and the Distributor's marketing team to support the sales-out of the agreed Products.

  • Providing on-going technical support and lead time information for the distribution sales teams and their resellers when required.

  • Adhering to the Manufacturer's guidelines for promotion of its products on the Distributor's marketing and the website.

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

  • Proven negotiation skills.

  • Experience solving problems at all levels.

  • Strong planning and organisation skills.
