Full Job Description

We are a developing Improvement and Transformation team, responsible for enabling the use of our Quality Improvement (QI) methodology to embed continuous quality improvement throughout the Trust.
The Assistant Project Manager will provide project management support and leadership for discrete projects in areas of work within the Improvement and Transformation team, linked to the Trust wider programmes, making sure these are planned and managed effectively and ensuring successful delivery against the workstreams objectives., We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and capable Assistant Project Manager to join our team, to drive forward this exciting improvement agenda.
The Assistant Project Manager within the Improvement and Transformation team, will play a key role in providing project management support, taking ownership of areas of work and managing all aspects of agreed projects, including their planning, design, execution, evaluation and completion.
The role will contribute to supporting our wider learning system through the provision of project management skills, excellent stakeholder engagement and ideally with science of improvement knowledge

The Assistant Project Manager will work flexibly to tight timescales across multiple teams and projects. A commitment to co-production and working to improve equity of care for a diverse population is essential. Individuals will need to be able to work with minimal supervision.
