Morrison Water Services are currently looking to recruit an Assistant Project Manager to work on the Thames Water Capital Delivery Contract across London.

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support the Project Manager in delivering mains renewal and major pipeline projects. You will be committed to ensure full compliance on projects with all MWS procedures and current industry legislation, guidance and best practice.

You will also be monitoring and updating the programme progression and be conscious of budget constraints to ensure delivery is on time and within budget. This role will also include co-ordination between MWS and AECOM, our design partners, and Thames Water project managers from the early design stages of projects through to the conclusion.

Furthermore, you will assist the Project Manager in the day-to-day management of site staff, issues arising from sites and design teams as well as arranging progress meetings, pre-start meetings and client audits.

To succeed, you will be a chartered engineer or similar relevant technical qualifications with compatible experience in the water industry, enabling you to excel in this role. A valid Driving Licence is also essential for this role.

Do you have an understanding of Health and Safety legislation?
