Full Job Description

  • Providing day-to-day support to the Project Leader

  • Running reports and metrics to identify and communicate trends to peers and senior management

  • Identifying Risk, Quality and Scope management issues

  • Monitoring cost and quality delivery to the Project

  • Running system of work packs

  • Enablement of work packages for execution by the Operations organisation

  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

  • Mentoring junior members of the team

    Experience within a Project Management environment

  • Project reporting and presenting experience

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel


  • Desirable:
  • Recognised Project Management qualification (eg APMQ or Prince2)

  • Experience using SAP

  • Knowledge of Team Center

    Salary: Starting from £ 40,748 - depending on skills and experience, You'll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.   • The Forward End Project Plans & Controls Build team:

    You will be joining a small, close-knit team where progression is valued. This role is unique in that you are involved in the actual build of the product and you will be able to see and touch the product. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
