Full Job Description

Reporting into the Senior Project Manager you will be working on a nationwide SCADA (electrical) project on the railway. This is a unique opportunity for someone to join a fast paced team and be part of a high value project. This role offers agile working, with a requirement to be in our Warwick office 1 day per week. What you'll do:

  • Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the customers satisfaction on behalf of the relevant Project manager
  • Assisting the Project Manager/Senior Project Manager in producing the financial reports and project performance reports
  • Reporting project performance (KPIs) to the relevant manager and clients, highlighting and managing all risks & issues and their mitigations throughout the project life cycle
  • Day to day support ensuring project team achieves project milestones.
  • Support the contract review process and reporting regime

    You will have experience in a similar role, ideally within the Rail / Construction / Telecoms industry, along with the ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
  • Key requirements:
  • Project Coordination / Management experience
  • Ability to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong reporting skills
  • Competent user of MS Office Suite
  • Full driving license
