Assistant Property Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Block Manager at MCR Homes in London Area, United Kingdom. The Assistant Block Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations within residential blocks, managing relationships with residents, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring the smooth running of the properties.

Experience in property management, facilities management, or related field
Knowledge of leasehold property management regulations

Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., IRPM, RICS) are a plus
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or related field
