We are happy to say that based on our long-term company growth we are looking for a new colleague - Commercial Real Estate Valuer. We seek a high-spirited personality interested in commercial property who will join our new valuation team. Please come talk to us if you have a positive attitude and would like to help us keep our clients happy and satisfied., As an Assistant Property Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of residential properties and gain exposure to all aspects of property management. We provide ongoing training and support to help you develop your skills and continue to advance your career. In the Assistant Property Manager role you will be responsible for:
- Assisting the Property Managers in carrying out pre-tenancy works, property inspections, pro-active and re-active reports for the landlord and tenants.
- Carrying out pre-tenancy works for property portfolio
- Attending to any items marked on check in report
- Facilitating property visits twice a year on each property and action findings accordingly
- Arranging all routine and emergency maintenance as needed
- Paying all contractor and other invoices, ensuring funds are available
- Attending to any items marked on check out report and send dilapidation claim to landlord
- Sending agreed dilapidations in schedule to tenant; carry out negotiations between both landlord & tenant
- Liaising with TDS where applicable
- Printing off daily/weekly error and warning reports for funds, work orders & inspections
- Updating our system with float, landlord's instructions and any additional clauses in the tenancy agreement
- Updating diaries for all property inspections
- Archiving files/invoices as needed
1 year of administration experience - Strong communication skills
