This is an excellent opportunity for a psychology graduate aiming to undertake doctoral postgraduate training in clinical or counselling psychology in the future, and the service has an excellent track record of assistant psychologists securing a place on Clinical Psychology courses. CPD & Links with Universities We hold the development of people within our department as crucial to delivering key targets for the service and the Trust. The Service enjoys good links with and supervises clinical psychology trainees from the University of East Anglia, University of Essex, University of Hertfordshire, University of East London and University College London training schemes. Clinical research, teaching and specialised interests are actively encouraged. As well as formal courses, members of the department have enjoyed secondments and placements at several centres of excellence.
