Assistant Psychologist

You will be contributing to psychological assessments, facilitating interventions, and assisting in the delivery of specialist training and reflective practice for staff. With a focus on evidence-based models of therapeutic intervention, this role offers the opportunity to develop your skills and progress your career within a supportive and values-led environment., As an Assistant Psychologist, you will be working in a rehabilitation service for men and women with enduring mental health issues, complex needs, and complicated addiction problems. Your responsibilities will include contributing to psychological assessments and formulations, facilitating interventions on a 1:1 and/or group basis, assisting in designing and delivering specialist training, and maintaining clinical databases. You will also be involved in service evaluation, research tasks, and clinically relevant audits. This role requires a strong commitment to working with evidence-based models of therapeutic intervention, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.
