Full Job Description
The post holder will be conducting telephone triage assessments, facilitating online interventions through the Silvercloud program as well as have the opportunity to engage in other projects such as service promotion, GP liaison, auditing, screening or our Asylum Seeker project. The post holder may also be required to co-facilitate workshops based on the CBT principles as well as support the administrative team with some of their tasks., To assess and support people with a common mental health problem in the self-management of their recovery.
Undertake patient-centred interviews, which identify areas where the person wishes to see change and or recovery and makes an accurate assessment of risk to self and others.
Undertake administrative tasks including talking over the phone and data entry.
To offer support to the administrative team as required.
Complete all requirements relating to data collection and clinical record keeping within the service.
Make decisions on suitability of new referrals, adhering to the department's referral protocols, and refer unsuitable clients on to the relevant service or back to the referral agent as necessary.
Assess and integrate issues surrounding work and employment into the overall therapy process
