Assistant Psychologist

The Assistant Psychologist role at Emerald Place offers an opportunity to work with a dedicated team supporting young people aged 13-18 with a range of mental health conditions, including neurodevelopmental disorders, mild learning disabilities, autism, and eating disorders. The role involves contributing to assessments, facilitating interventions, and engaging in various clinical and research activities under the supervision of the Senior Psychologist., As an Assistant Psychologist, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including contributing to psychological assessments and formulations, facilitating interventions on a 1:1 and/or group basis, assisting with the delivery of staff training and reflective practice, maintaining clinical databases, completing outcome measures, writing reports, and undertaking service evaluation and research tasks. You will have the chance to develop specialist skills and contribute to the care and support of vulnerable young people.
